A light, modest yet in no way a simple wine. The between 1950 and 1964 planted vines are, depending on ripeness, harvested at different times. The harvested grape material is manually crushed, with a kind of milling stone, the gárola and fermented spontaneously in steel tanks. After having opened the bottle for s short time, herbal scents with notes of mallow and ripe cherry develop. Ripe peach with full flavour of currant, raspberry and forest berries predominate in the mouth. Titolo Alto Minico produces only 960 bottles each year.
