The wine, which is spontaneously fermented in a granite barrel, is matured on the fine lees for 12 months. The granite enables a permanent exchange of air, which ensures a light but even micro-oxygenation, similar to a wooden barrel. In addition, the minerality of the Chardonnay is enhanced. In the nose you can find aromas of honeydew melon and citrus but also tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. Fine acid structure with great freshness and amazing creaminess.
