Grapes picked from the hillside from 40-year-old vines are processed here into a completely different kind of Pinot Blanc. After pneumatic pressing, fermentation takes place spontaneously in used barrels. Then stored in steel tanks for 6 months, bottled without filtration, hence the slight cloudiness. Since there is no additional sulphurisation, this guarantees a long shelf life. Herbal notes and light citrus aromas dominate the nose. On the palate, complex aromas of flowers and herbs, subtle fruit. The finish is accompanied by little tannin, which gives the wine structure. Has great storage potential, but is still super drinkable now.
