It is aged in a 500 litre barrel, fermented spontaneously and only coarsely filtered. Honeydew melon meets meadow herbs with passion fruit, fine spice on grapefruit zest. Juicy wine, mineral and creamy, with balanced acidity. Some apricot on the finish. The wine is only coarsely filtered and fermented spontaneously. Very good storage potential.
Weingut Familie Ziniel
The Ziniels cultivate their vineyards at the lowest point in Austria. With careful manual work and traditional pressing, we consistently refrain from interfering with the flora and fauna of the vineyards. The Ziniel family focuses on emphasizing the individual character of the wines and placing the grape variety and origin of the wines in the foreground.
