Harvested by hand in mid-September, the Macho Man reflects its home, the region between El Charche and La Pila in the D.O. Jumilla right back. It is aged for 4 months in wooden barrels and clay amphorae. A maximum of 103,000 bottles are produced from 13 vineyards. The scent of red and dark berries is accompanied by thyme and rosemary and a smoky note. Initially refreshingly juicy, it shows strong tannins with a mineral note and roasted aromas of the wooden barrels. The Machoman has an outstanding storage potential.
Casa Rojo
